STEP 2: ACTIVATE YOUR SIM CARD
Once you receive your SIM card, text∆ ONESTEP to 611611 and follow the prompts to activate it.

Activating your new SIM card will automatically transfer your phone number and remaining benefits.
To activate your new SIM card, from your old SIM card textΔ ONESTEP to 611611.
Your current SIMPLE Mobile Service Plan will remain available for use on VoLTE-ready phones at least until Nov. 23, 2024.
Upon activating your new SIM card, you’ll need to reset your voicemail – old messages will also be lost.
By agreeing to transfer your service to the Verizon network and accepting our SIM card offer, you agree that your current SIM card, once deactivated, will not be able to be used for service from SIMPLE Mobile again. We reserve the right to deactivate service on your current SIM card and activate service on the new, Verizon-compatible replacement, once you’ve received it.
Your SIM card replacement is compatible with the 5G network when used with a 5G capable device inside the 5G coverage area.
